Got the tube - very beefy. Sounds good.  Hadnt heard about the Amp frame. Going to check those out. I like the locator - very easy to blow.

my opinion probably isn't worth much, but i snagged some new amp frames as my first diaphragm calls last week and I am already making consistent and decent (at least in my opinion far better than the hoochie mama or primos cow girl) cow calls with them.
looking to order a few more and the new tube

I picked up a package at the sportsman show to try out.

Not sponsored by anyone pay same price for everything. I will be using them probably exclusively this season.

My  :twocents:..... the system allows the most control at high volume of any calling system I have played with to date.   I currently have probably close to 10 tubes from several manufacturers and a variety of reeds. None are bad, my opinion when it comes to elk calling is that scenario and setup are 90 percent of the equation, maybe more. But the calling system and ability comes into play when  those scenarios are less than ideal. I wont go into my theories, but I really like to call LOUD in the majority of my situations. But I often struggle with pitch control, and overpressure when trying to make big volume calls. The phelps stuff definitely helped.

I haven't bought any yet. But I've talked to Phelps a few times and he's a stand up guy and seems to hold himself to a really high standard.

Thanks everyone. The response to the new AMP diaphragms and UNLEASHED tube has been overwhelming in a positive way. They lived up the the hype that eas created when all the beta testers started providing feedback.

These calls will forever change our small game call company.  Thanks for all of the support

Hmmm... Maybe I need to try one.  I have been really successful with Bugling Bulls though.  So far haven't found one that comes close, and have wasted money on almost every one out there.

Tip- try a pair of external cow calls.  Phelps' one is good.  Primos single another. Seems to bring em in better than bugles for me.

I picked up a tube and some amp frames at the show a few weeks ago.  I've never been able to use diaphragm calls well but the new amp frame and been easy to use.

I am super happy with my external cow calls.   Thanks though.  I was referring to the diaphragms as that is what I do 90% or more of my calls with.  Bugles and cow calls both.

Gotcha just saying when I switched to using 90% external cow calls I had better results -  sounds like they are working for you also.

One thing we found this year while testing these calls..the cow calls are more effective than any other diaphragm we've ever used (it may be a function of circumstance or timing) but the results are from multiple states spread across 6 weeks.

The testers all said they were able to cow call herd Bulls and satellites in more frequently without having to resort to Bugling.  When I asked them why they believe it is the nasally estrus sounds these diaphragms seem to produce on their own.

We can't wait to get one more year worth of full reviews now that my data set isn't a small group of 50 users.

I really like the frames I picked up.  The wife doesn't seem to like them as much.  Told me she was going to shove that big black thing right up my.......well you get the idea.
