In 2006 April 11th was a Tuesday. This was also the first year for multi-season tags. The stars are aligning.

Took about 40 minutes to buy a saltwater license this morning. Their computers must be overheating.

This year with the new online system I believe you had to purchase then submit it like you do with special permit options.
Mine says submitted.

The process didn't change. Applications that aren't manually submitted are automatically submitted.

In the past you had to submit them for points only option or for the mult app.  Not sure if just buying it, gets it submitted.  I went in and submitted mine.
