Muscle memory
« on: April 19, 2017, 08:57:52 PM »
How many of you guys build up muscle memory to hold your bow back as long as possible? When I first started doing this I could last 2 minutes and 30 seconds and that was in February. By September I was up to 11 minutes. This was 4 years ago and since I haven't kept up with it so I decided to start up again and 4 minutes was my starting time. What's the longest hold you've had to wait for a shot in the feild?

Do you shoot an elite?  If not try one, you feel like you have to push it forward to let it off.

I have the same bow and love it. But I must admit, it's got a slippery back wall on it.
