I've yet to see one, all the other big game though. Moose, elk, deer, cougar, and wolves. If you know where K2 is the drillers are saying there's a good few in there. One up Bodie has poop the diameter of a pop can! Good luck gents!
May my presence go unnoticed, may my shot be true, may the blood trail be short.

Amen

I was just over there last weekend. A few of us were hiking around looking for sheds. None of us seen any sign of bears around, no poop either. We usually see bears on our cameras by now and we didn't have any. It was very cold and it snowed Saturday night. That was at 3000 feet. I think the weather will start getting better by this weekend.

How did you guys do shed hunting?

Didn't find nothing on public land  >:( but I did find about a 2" long forky from last year on our place, better than nothing I guess.

Hunting is perfect in the NE right now, we killed two yesterday and one today, my son killed another three with hunters across the border in north Idaho the last two days.

Great to hear things are getting better.  We will be heading over tomorrow night late and will be there through Tuesday.  Getting pretty pumped!

My first bear, taken last Thursday in Sherman. It is cinnamon colored with a blond streak along the back.
Nature. It's cheaper than therapy.

Beautiful Bear !!
