Come on, it's not a matter of who's right and who's wrong. Heck I'm not even sure what it is that is in question here.   :dunno:

It's possible to draw moose tags as a group. That was the original question. And yes it has happened. But not often, because most people choose to apply individually.

If more people applied as a group, then more people would draw moose tags as a group.
