I have 4 cameras out in Kapowsin for the last couple of weeks.  As of 2 days ago only one small buck and a few does. Rut for sure isn't going on in there now.

It is happening, but it is spotty.  I'm hearing rifle shots all day long now.  Every hour or so.  Bucks are hitting the dirt.  Seems like the 0800 - 1000 hours are the most active.  Saw three doe with a fawn, none looked hot.  Found a spike in mid-afternoon and another with an apparent sibling doe in the last hour of light.
