Mica Peak cow moose
« on: June 15, 2017, 12:13:56 PM »
After 18 years of applying for moose permits I finally drew one. I read some past threads on Mica Peak tag holders and it sounds like this area was a tuff hunt last year. I'm hoping to learn some new country and hopefully make some new friends along the way. If any past tag holders have any insight or any bull tag guys want to swap info as the hunt goes on I'm all for it. Mica Peak here I come!

My son had a cow tag there last year , hunted about 6 full days , hiked about 20 miles total and shot the only cow he saw, a buddy of his had a bull tag last year, passed on a couple small bulls and never filled his tag.

Ditto on the Weller Rd access and go west into Wa.
