What range finders are you guys using and why?

I just recently bought a Bushnell Team Primos The Truth ARC 4 x 20mm Bow Mode Laser Rangefinder.

Since I bow hunt I don't need something that will range a mile away.
I picked it because it met certain criteria.
It is a trusted brand name.
It has a warranty.
It had very good reviews.
It had the arc feature, which figures the adjusted distance for uphill/downhill shots.
It is very simple to use.
I found it for around $150.

This is the first range finder I have owned. I have always relied on my own judgement of distance before, but decided that it would be a useful tool to have.

Leupold RX100i with DNA/TBR. Since I'm not solely a bow hunter I can use it while rifle hunting as well. So far its proven accurate on both settings and its got a Leupold warranty.

Vortex Ranger 1000.  They make great products and stand behind them.  Also wanted one with a red display instead of my old Nikon which was black.

Were you meaning the Sig Sauer that Camofire had today and yesterday? the 850 and 1250 were both featured,
I saw that deal, but went to Ebay and it was a better price- I picked up another Kilo 850 so now Hubby and I both can have one on us. 129 or so.

Leopold. I have a Bushnell as well that I thought I lost so that's why I bought the Leopold. The Bushnell does has black readouts so it's very hard to read in low light but still shooting light. Leopold has red. That is the main reason I bought it to make it easier to see and I highly recommend something more visible than black. They read within a half yard of each other. I like both. Do not buy a halo rangefinder. My wife got one a while ago as a gift from my parents, we don't use it after finding out it reads 5 yards further over other range finders I've compared it to. It's very heavy compared to others as well. I don't recommend that brand to anyone. My wife a couple years ago shot a slower bow and in 1 day shot over 2 bucks right over their backs. 5 yards for her bow at the time at 35 yards was quite a bit. Neither deer ducked as I was watching. After that day is when I tested it.

I like my old Bushnell range finding binoculars, only have to carry one piece of equipment that way.  I'd like to upgrade but man, they are getting spendy.

I have the 1200 but they can't be beat either way.

Just got the Vortex Ranger 1000, amazing warranty but the big thing for me was the red read out. I can't tell you how many times I have ranged something early morning then had to look up to find some sky so I could MAYBE see the read out.

Had a Bushnell yardage pro sport 400 for many years, just upgraded to the Vortex Ranger 1000 for the lifetime warranty and I liked the display

Vortex ranger 1500. Great warranty. As others have stated a red DRO helps in low light situations. Has angle comp as well as scan mode. I tested the calibration on mine and it's dead on. I recommend everyone check there calibration. Randy Newberg released a video a few days ago about this if you're not sure how to. I've had a few less expensive range finders and the calibration on 1 of them was way off. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for.
