LATE WHITETAIL HUNTS
« on: November 10, 2017, 03:39:40 PM »
Good luck to the Late rifle whitetail hunters starting Saturday. I start my hunt on Sat 11/17 and hunt thru 11/22 with my late tag in the Douglas.
Looking forward to reading guys hunt reports and hoping the early snow will bring on the rut early and strong this year

Here's my daughter with her buck from last year. She was 12.
The thing had 10" eyegaurds.

Thanks for the compliments.  That was her first deer. Spoiled now.
I told her not to be disappointed with the one I bring home this year!

The snowballs on the eye guards was a good idea... would hate to see someone poke their eyes out with those bad boys!

I had a 4x4, mid-size buck at 40 yards for about 45 minutes today over in Idaho near Saint Maries.  Decided to let him walk.
