I'm a purist.  Separated wing sections go into the deep fryer naked at 375 until golden brown. Sorry guys and gals, but, putting anything on them before they go into the fryer should be illegal, just opinion obviously, to each his own. Let rest for 2-3 minutes to crisp up a bit more (like bacon) then toss in the sauce.  Mine is a mix of Crystals, a bit of my homemade habanero sauce, a bit of butter and few squirts of some hot cane vinegar (from the Asian grocery store).  A couple drops of Yoshida's in there is good too.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

Salt pepper then deep fry.  Toss in Franks with a dash of honey.

So this may be a dumb question. Do you all leave the skins on? I have to have wings this weekend after reading this

I bake mine in the oven, flipping half way through. Can't remember the total length of time off the top my head. Then I deep fry them to crisp them up, by doing this they are a bit less oily. Then I mix Franks Red hot and melted butter(heavier on the Franks) toss to coat and enjoy with some Blue cheese dressing and a cold beer.

Not going to kick almost any wing out of bed, but this is my favorite way to have wings.  It's gotta be Franks and it's gotta be blue cheese.  Almost all else is optional.

Not mentioned yet for spices and sauces are Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle BBQ sauce and Cavender's as a dry spice.  They are not "hot wings," but like I said, I don't recall meeting a wing that I didn't eat.

My favorite is a mixture of even parts sriracha and  honey, damn tasty. It is also really good on pulled pork too.

They are a lot of work but are the best wings I've ever had.  Google pok pok chicken wing recipe.  They never disappoint.

Deep fry, then use Red Devil. Another favorite is mix Red devil with Sweet Baby Rays. The "Hot BBQ" sauce is also really good to dip your pizza in. Most important, make sure the wings are sloppy wet in sauce, either recipe. A Little ranch to dip your wings in never hurt, especially with the Red Devil wings.

I bake the wings dusted in McCormick lemon pepper. When they're done, I toss them in Frank's and butter with a little vinegar. Pretty simple.

I bake at 400 for about 20-25 minutes, flip them and bake another 15. Pull them out, coat them with Pete’s Wing Sauce and put them back in for about 10 minutes.
