Finally had a little time to screw stuff together, waiting on optics, trigger and rings to be delivered.

Took a little time to form and trim 50 cases. Loaded 10 rounds up with (.375) 250gr Sierra Gamekings.

I'll use the Gamekings to break in the barrel and get a basic 200 yard zero. Then I'll switch over to the Nosler 260gr Accubond's.

I'm still waiting on my Scope, mount, trigger and bolt carrier group to be delivered. It should all be here tomorrow.

.308 Win case left. .375 Raptor cartridge right.

I can launch the 250's out of a 18" barrel @ 2500 fps.

That gives me a little over 3360 foot pounds of energy at the muzzle and a little over 1800 foot pounds at 300 yards and puts a big hole in stuff.

First victim I imagine will be a coyote, then come spring. I'll load up some Accubond's and smoke some Rockchucks.

Most of my Black bear and Elk in the timber have been shot under 75 yards. This should be great for a in close heavy hitter.

That’s impressive speed for that smaller case.

I'm also looking forward to trying the Kinetic Development Group, sidelok 30mm mount.

I like to be able to swap scopes between AR15's and AR10's. I'm sick of throw lever mounts. Very few return to zero when being remounted.

It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow but I received a notification it won't be here until Thursday. All that festive extra, crap holiday mail.

I've shot coyotes with the .375 Ultra Mag/ 260gr Accubond combo.

Blew the heart completely out of him.👍

Have my share of 6.5's. I like 6.5's. Only takes 10 min to
Swap a barrel. No other changes. Same bolt carrier, same mags.
