Orange Aglow Vest
« on: November 28, 2017, 10:07:43 AM »
Just thought I would throw a good word for Orange Aglow Vests. This is the third hunting season with my Orange Aglow Vest and I’m happy to say It has survived another hunting season and so have I.
I started the season by taking a dandy Blacktail in a spot that was not clothing friendly as every step out deadfall limbs and stickers wanted to shred you, the light little vest survived without tears or snags.
Next up was my buddies Blue Mountain Any Bull permit and off it went on another hunt. This hunt ends with 11 days in the field with me sporting this lightweight vest through some nasty nasty terrain. I was unable to connect with a spike elk but my buddy filled his Bull permit and the pack out was nothing short of nasty. The orange aglow vest survived “Beggars lice” like a champ and no matter how many sticker bushes or limbs grabbed it, it would not tear.
Third and final hunt would take me on my venture for a Mica Peak Antlerless Moose. I only had to pack the moose quarters out 60 yards or so but the sticker bushes and brush was very thick and grabby. Once again the little vest hung in there and did not rip, run, or snag.
If you guys are looking for a vest that is super lightweight, breathable, and holds up to some nasty terrain look towards these tuff and lightweight vests. I would also add that after 3 seasons and a couple trips through the washer it has not faded.

We absolutely love these vests. They are lightweight and easy for us to stow away and pull out when you need them. We are in the 3911 elk area. Just shot this cow this morning and called in the family for the pack out.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.
