Crab reports?
« on: December 14, 2017, 09:01:19 AM »
Any recent reports?  This weather makes me want to get out on the water, I'm craving some fresh crab and have plenty of duck carcasses to try out as bait.

I have been pulling nice pots out here on Willapa bay. Stopped by Tokeland after thanksgiving and threw a few rings, There we about 35 people on the docks and crabbing wasn't to good that day.

SOme friends did well last week in 7. I'll be dropping pots this evening or tomorrow morning.  Duck carcasses do well, cut the wings off as I have had them jam doors open.

Thanks, I lopped of the heads wings and obviously legs so I just have the rest.  That seemed the best way to be able to jam several in ziplocs for storage in the freezer.
