Heard a rumor here that the state is thinking of turning the western side of the state into spike only for all areas does anyone have any information on that or heard anything about it??

No, that can't be true. If it was it would be that way in the proposals. They actually did try to make it spike only several years ago but too many people complained so they went with the 3 point minimum.

Thats kind of what I thought Bobcat but I have seen this state pull the rug out from underneath us before, I figured there would have to be a proposal to which I have not seen, yet anyways.
