It was sitting for a year
"Right now, I am thinking that If my grandmother was here, she would be lecturing me about how there are poor people in Africa, that would just love to have a Ruger, I would just say "Great, granny, lets just ship all the Rugers to Africa!"

Loving life in the Great Northwest one day at a time.

It sounds like it's time to get a new gun.

Interesting how people are wearing their hunting gear out to find sheds. Is that to air it out then get it smelling like sweat and break it in? To each is own.

My “hunting gear” is my hiking gear. Only difference for me is early season/late season gear. I’d think for most it’s the most versatile/ best stuff they own. It always amazes me when I see guys hiking around in Blue jeans. Must pack huge jugs of goldbond with um

What do you wear for a leisurely day amongst the squirrels Sky? “I’m my biggest fan” jammies?
Just tend your own and live.

LOL well personally I wear my hiking pants, an under armor top or merino wool something comfortable. I myself choose not to wear my Kuiu or Sitka hunting gear as I don't want it getting heavy human scent on it or wearing it out as I pay a lot more for my hunting gear than my daily squirrel chasing, hiking, mushroom picking, scouting gear. But that could just be me doubt it. Its just like I see guys at work wearing their hunting gear and go straight to hunting camp which I prefer not to do. :twocents:

That's your problem. You buy sitka. Guess sitka can't take everyday use in the woods cause it wears out to quick. :chuckle:
Maturity is when you have the power to destroy someone who did you wrong but instead you breathe, walk away, and let life take care of them.
