A lot of good common sense info in that article.
So - why was it ignored? I would assume because they want the wolf to eliminate the ungulates.
Are there any elk left in the northern Yellowstone herd? Can't be very many by now.

According to a private count there are less then 1000 elk left in the Northern Yellowstone herd. The corrupt USFWS brought wolves in to kill elk, and here we have the corrupt WDFW refusing to address the killing spree the wolves are having on Wa's ungulates, instead they run with another bogus study, that if they are honest will say the same of all wolf studies, it's wolves stupid.

Good Read.

This was an interesting point"

But, at least for the time being, a clash wasn’t imminent. Mills’ pilot had last marked the Pinnacle Peak wolves running the subdivisions near Jackson Hole Airport.

He is co-author of a new book, "The Real Wolf".  I have read about half.  It is a fascinating read.  I recommend it to everyone interesting in wolf management, or lack of it.
