To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

Chev makes a fancy PU.  Dodge/Ram makes a truck.  Ford cant decide.
Ya...as long as you don't mind not being able to steer. Those Dodges are a hell of a truck once you modify the crap out of them and undo everything Dodge did.

Easy turbo  :chuckle:.......  Dodge stood behind my RAM entirely - even with 14 trips to the service department in the first 8 months of ownership of a New truck!
But she breathes better now!  And runs, like a raped ape!  Haven't had her to the service shop in 13,000 miles - My longest run since I bought her new in 2014.

But even with all of that BS above, I'll never own another GM rig again.  My 2010 Chevropuke blew up with 102,000 miles on it.  Had a 100K mile Bumper to Bumper warranty and they told me to pound sand.

They offered to sell me a brand new Duramax for Cheap, real cheap.  I told the owner of the dealership, that if I had the extra cash, I would buy the Dmax and take it down to our mall in town, sell tickets and burn it.  He didn't like that.

If you aint hunting, you aint livin'

If you replace with Kore, Carli, Thuren etc they steer good!  Bilstein a good idea too.  Yeah remove the Gov and they are pretty darn good.  I did the Valair double clutch as well.  Required for manuals with power.
MAGA!  Again..

:dunno:  All I know is my Dodge cummins have cost me significantly less $ to operate.  Have their faults yes.  I liked my 01 F350 the best but man it hit me hard in the wallet.  Little 01 s-10 was a great car but firewood made it scream "Help"! :chuckle:

They all have their problems. Nobody can ever dispute that.

Just like to flip crap when the opportunity arises.

Just my opinion here, these are not the policies of this forum.

If you want a very strong, longest lasting truck on the road, trailering SOB, buy a GMC or Chevy.
If you want a rickety, steaming piece of doo, buy a Dodge.
If you want to pour the price of the truck into it over the next 10 years, buy a Ford.
If you want something that can barely pull a motorcycle trailer, buy a Nissan or a Toyota.

And as far as the Tundra goes, my buddies full size could barely move my boat and trailer on level ground.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice
