Awesome bull be glad you killed him last year.  It looks like tags in the blues were just about cut in half.  I just wish the unit was conservatively managed by the tribes as well.  It doesnt make sense to ever cut bull tags when tribes dont manage.  Rifle hunt the month of august then bow hunt september and then back to rifle in october.  Thats there management plan.
