9 inch beard and about a inch long sharp spurs. Also how long is a dressed turkey good for in the fridge. Wedesday would be our best day for April Thanksgiving, but not sure if I should wait that long. I can do it earlier if needed.

I butcher mine then freeze immediately then pull it out a couple days before cooking it to let it thaw out.

Bird number two. The birds have been really henned up. But this mourning this guys came in all by himself. He gobbled non stop and came in on full strut. Not the biggest bird 7 inch beard and basically no spurs.
