Makes you wonder how the deer ended up going through the back window.  Musta gone straight up in the air after the front of the car hit him.

Had a relative back in Wisconsin have something somewhat similar happen to him.  He hit one and they threw it in the back of their pickup (with canopy). And yes, the deer was not dead, just stunned.  When it came to, there was a lot of mayhem.  They ended up just opening up the back of the pickup and letting it go.  No worse for wear.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

My Dad and his friend popped a doe in the headlights, back in the 50's. He said they threw it in the back of his Mercury, and hauled ass for home. Well, the Doe decided she wasn't done living, so his big logger friend jumped in the back seat and jabbed her in the neck with his knife. I think they were on thier way home from the tavern when this happened.
My Dad always said, " Get a bigger hammer "
