I legitimately want to know why people are saying this is so bad and that it's broken and they're going to have to do a redraw? THE OFFICIAL RESULTS HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN POSTED YET!!!!!!!!   :dunno:

A couple of things. First, the pop up message they put on the website a couple days ago. It was nice to communicate and let us know what was going on. But they said results would be published EARLY on the 21st.

Second thing, email notifications being sent out telling us to check results, when checking results isn't even an option right now.

If it weren't for those two things, it wouldn't be so bad. We'd still be impatient, and want results ASAP. But we wouldn't be counting on results at a certain time that we were told they'd be ready.
1. It's 12:37.  Wouldn't exactly call that late

early would be in the first 6 hours of a 24 hour day....so I would consider halfway through a 24 day "late" especially when you can program a scrip to run all this at whatever time to you want. As I keep saying.. could have built and tested it on the test server and then flipped it over to the live server at once

Also, as far as I could tell, the window opened for a few minutes this morning and I saw what I would call an official result for 2 species.... something obviously went wrong somewhere. Mix that with some major anticipation and it creates a bad scenario for all.
There was a small window this mourning, and I was able to see my points updated but the special permits just said submitted, then options for special permits and points went away again.

I'm hoping for redraw cause the way my points updated im in the LL.
I rather piss in the wind, then have piss down my back.

:yeah:
Their big mistake was saying "early" and not delivering.

Wyoming says 9 AM today and guess what? Results out by 8:30. That's the way to do it.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

I noticed it is the guys with a full back door telling the rest of us how great it is?  We won’t stay calm, it isn’t right!

The WDFW needs to bite the bullet and buy a new computer.  The Commodore 64 that they purchased new in 1982 for $595 just can't handle the current workload.

Same. Unless they added the points and then run it and the points don't update until the results are uploaded? That's my only hope.

Do they call a new witness for a redraw?

are you guys just looking at the "Active Licenses" tab?  Is there a backdoor method this year?
yes.  You can also see it in your harvest report link

And order history too, some guy named Dan sold me a antlerless Elk tag early this morning.

You will never shoot a camp bull by spending all your time hunting in the woods.

My hunter reporting window now shows an option to submit a Quality Deer Category for 2018. Hoping this is good news of news to come!
