I'm hoping Shaniqua has been following along on this thread.  I just want to say, you've been a good sport Shaniqua, and you did a great job!

I'm sure you will do an even better job next year.  The drawing didn't go flawless, but it did get done and there are plenty of happy applicants/customers.   Just remember, you can't please everybody. :salute:

Going by the active licenses, it seems like an awful lot of people have drawn tags in here... Hopefully it's true though.

Going by active licenses I have 2 tags I did not even apply for

So did you draw the tags you didn't apply for? Seems everyone else the active license deal held true

I believe his point is that you really cannot go by "active licenses".  Within my family alone there were 3 instances in which the active license was not an accurate depiction of upcoming results.

My wife was showing "active" for something in which she was points only.  It was active momentarily, for her to receive points and then it wasn't anymore.

Everybody seems to be sure that there will be a reliable backdoor option and I don't think that's going to be the case.

Interesting, I hadn't heard that. Everyone I know it was reliable, and seems most who commented here saying they show something in active license or the hunter reports section actually did draw

19 categories total in WA, including MS's and spring bear.  One for points.  Got 6/18.  Three antlerless.  I'll take it.

Took 5 points for me to draw a second deer. 7 points, still no Colockum cow tag, and 14 points no quality buck.

5 points for second deer too, in a group application, didn't draw. But 4 points got the same group a permit in the buck category.

There is technically no point creap because we don’t have preference points but in a draw where there are 250,000 applicants for 25,000 permits it will require more and more points to draw even lesser permits

:yeah: my point exactly I showed 2 active that all I did was put in for points. So guessing my name was pulled? And it switched to active but since I did points when it posted it just gave it to the next guy in the line since I chose points? Idk but I did not end up with them but for s fact they showed like Jon’s family and when posted they disappeared.

I talked to a moose hunter yesterday who drew this year, the first time he applied for moose!
