Sturgeon fishing question

Any sturgeon around Hunters. I have a friend who asked because he lives closer to that area. Last year we fished out of Kettle.

Fishing was slow if you talked to most of the folks. Came back this afternoon and only saw one boat at anchor south of the bridge. Since they changed the slot sounds like fish are being picked up but a lot of under sized fish.   

Saturday afternoon watched the WDFW in a Hewes sea runner that was pretty much plain looking except for the decal in the side window do a boat check on a group. They had 2 fish on board and when the tape came out they kept one fish and the other I think was put in the WDFW boat and they exchanged paper with the people in the boat.
