Eggs
« on: June 11, 2018, 08:42:18 AM »
Nothing too fancy but a great breakfast of eggs with morels sauteed in sherry with white truffle oil. Eggs and truffles go together very well. I hope to have a few Aussie "Perigords" this week or next. They just started coming in a week ago and are every bit as good as the true "black diamonds" from France, which come in during late Fall and Winter. This is, of course, Australia's late Fall.

I'd love to have a coop but I don't think my neighbors would be as loving.
