oh my goodness ! i actually drew a special permit
« on: June 23, 2018, 02:05:08 AM »
delayed taking a peep at my acct expecting to see that perpetual " not selected " .  i finally couldn't stand it anymore and verified my tag status at midnight. almost 2 am and can't sleep.

i drew a marengo dayton cow tag.

it sounds like a tough hunt and i wanna go scouting tomorrow, but a cooler head is prevailing and i thought i better start here.

has any member  hunted that unit and can offer any advice or tips ?  i realize it's a public forum and it's not always a good place to post such a request.  i'd appreciate a pm if u can help.

tia !

The whole unit is basically private land. I would suggest calling land owners around the area. In my experience offering fresh seafood warms them up a bit  ;)
Good luck
