Post away. Judgers of knife skills have plenty of their own flaws.

Some of these coho are gigantic. Wow.

PS I can’t take credit for any knife skills. I got mine pre-filleted.

Just want to throw one of those pictures in a pan with a little olive oil, pepper, fresh dill, and little squeeze of lemon to finish it off.

To clarify, You were demoted for a dull knife and for being cheap enough to not spending $20 on a good knife.

Had nothing to do with your skill.

One of my better ones all packed and frozen.

I would love to get in this another time. What's freight cost to SeaTac?

Amazing fish and yields.  Remember to scrape your bodies.  This was my trim made into salmon burger.  Egg, Panko, and herbs for binder.

Little creme fresche and some herbs, horseradish, pickle and mayo.

Skillet thanks for the awesome opportunity.
