I was wondering what the cost of shipping a broke down tc Hawkin to califoria would be thanks I think they weigh around 8.5#

Depending on where in California, the rate will change. I'm assuming that you'll be shipping from Washington, so the rate should be around $12, but there are additional fees for insurance, signature confirmation, and extended area deliveries.

Fastest and easiest way to get an accurate answer is to package it up, measure the box and weigh it, then most shipping services have an on-line tool that you can enter those numbers along with zip codes of the starting and ending points and get a price qoute.
