Awesome bull! What hole did you pull that one out of?

"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. Little Naches quality bull. While there are certainly bigger bulls in there I just couldn't pass on this guy. My first bull and the freezers full! Got him about a half hour before shooting hours ended and it made for a long night! Good luck to everyone else still at it and congrats to those who are done.

2018 Idaho Backcountry Wilderness bull. DIY OTC hunt that included a tough, rugged packout. I’ll post full story next week after I get this project bid.

Team Joe get's it done! Rimrock quality elk rifle, first day, first light and on the ground within 30 minutes. I had the honor of being the caller for Team Joe, there's nothing more special than being a part of an elk rut hunt for me, so fun! We got this guy's goat when I bugled over the top of his, that's when I knew we hooked him then reeled him right in. Never been to Rimrock before this year, what beautiful rugged country.

Heard through mutual friend (relative) that you were in on a hunt over there, I just shuttered and thought sweet.....rough in places. Well done on the bull!

Tmike’s wife got her first bull today. He asked me to post a pic for him. Congrats on a sweet bull.

Too many names to congratulate.  Awesome thread.  So many first fills and great looking animals.  Lots of special moments too.  I look forward to this thread every year.  This time, I had to read all the pages before posting as it had great pics that deserved the wait.  Congratulations to all for your hard work and successes.
