now that makes sense! Thanks for clearing up that subject! Disgusting just disgusting. Give an elk a beer and they cut off there own head and legs. Maybe that guy should stay home and not bother elk hunting over here. They have something wrong with them. :o

Elk drank the beer, staggered too close to the road and got decapitated/ dismembered by jacked up ford f-teen thousand that was road hunting at 85 mph.

Mystery solved.

I came out Coleman late evening before dark on the last day of general archery and didn't see it there. And that was 10days ago. Who's been in there since then?

Alright this is out of control, with dummy camps, archery jerks, predators and now we have drunk Elk staggering down the road getting smoked by big Ford trucks going 85 mph on gravel roads :yike: I now agree with the OP "The COLOCKUM IS A ZOO". I'm never going in there again!!!

Whats funny is all the guys using I think they call them bright eyes or something like that. Geez, I was hoofing it up a hill one morning about 4:00 a.m to beat all the other guys and my flashlight caught all these fluorescent pins going up the hill ahead of me. They are everywhere up there once I noticed them the first time. One guy even puts them along the road side by side to resemble animal eyes. Just adds to the zoo atmosphere I guess.

No reason to think the bottle was left by the same person/people that dropped the head, who knows maybe the lucky hunter was bringing the head to the taxi to have it mounted and it fell out of his truck? or it may be a sloppy hunter from who knows what group that dumped it there. I guess I just don't see a point to post it here and bash our fellow hunters.

if it was me id probably have picked up the beer bottle and kick the head out of sight then go about my day.  (( and hope someone had not left them there to pick up later)) :chuckle:

:yeah: Well said. All joking aside, hopefully he picked up the bottle and chucked the head into the brush. And you couldn't keep me out of there, just go where it isn't crowded and all is good :)
