Well I ended up getting a screaming deal on a 16*48 fish rite. Wasn’t really planning on seriously looking until next year. But this deal was to good to pass up. Can’t wait to get this thing pointed down some rivers!

There's fish to be caught now for sure.  Good luck!

best way to learn rivers is go out with a guide, why spend a year or 2 trying learn when you can get a easy lesson and a fishing trip i say

Thanks for the tips guys. I’m pretty excited to start figuring this whole drift boat thing out. I’m pretty sure I wanna get a willie. I’ll be mostly fishing the Olympic pen rivers.

Start on the Duc and everything else will be easy.  :IBCOOL:

Hoh Oxbow is a real sleeper.  Sol Duc your guard is up due to all the hazards.  The Hoh, people think will be cake and try to take the Oxbow too close in and go up on the big rock and flip.
