Good she's meeting some of the public. But I personally don't see any changes being made that actually benefit hunters or fishermen. Except a loss in money coming out of hunters and fishermen's pockets. If the question was ask how is it the WDFW is in such a hole budget wise that would take up all her allotted time. :twocents:

It should be interesting to go listen to the narrative.

I'll be there at the Montesano meeting on the 13th to ask him how does he think he's going to get anything constructive done.

That's an easy one, Olympia has been pulling funding.  It is the same story across many if not all western states.  We are transitioning to a pay-to-play model exclusively.

Anyone listening to the online Q&A with the director?

Caught the last hour the Q&A. Ill watch the first hour when its posted tomorrow. There were lots of really specific questions that he couldnt answer because he is too new.  From what ive heard so far it was just outreach.  Not bad per say because he is engaging the sportsmen but no red meat per say.  :twocents:

Listened to an hour of it then had to put the kids to bed. Asked a couple questions but to specific to answer... it would have been nice to have a panel up there to give some specific answers
