Rangefinder in fog
« on: November 11, 2018, 08:49:56 PM »
Is there any rangefinder that works in fog or rain? I have had vortex and leupold and don’t work at all.

The Sig Kilo I have works better than most. My Leica has a terrible time in fog.
Nature. It's cheaper than therapy.

Agreed on Sig Kilo. 2000 and above models (2000, 2200LRH, 2200MR, etc) are the best ones. The cheaper ones are hard to see in low light conditions( dark lens and grey numbers & letters) and they're only water resistant. Cabela's usually has the 2200LRH and 2200MR for around $400 or less on holidays. At that price range, they're the best, easily ranges beyond 2000 yards.
