Dec 8 trapping class at Cabelas
« on: December 03, 2018, 03:16:30 PM »
We had a lot of no shows at out Dec.1 class. Based on that I am going to say if I turned you down for the class because we were full up we will take you at the Dec.8 class

Also the class is supposed to start at 9:00 but the doors didn't open at Cabelas until 9:00. Not too worry we'll wait a bit for you.

Is a Hunter's Safety Course required for this course?

It was a really fun class, thank you all for coming. And a special thank you to my lovely assistants, John and Bruce (and Ed last week). With their wealth of knowledge it's amazing we got it all done in 1 day. These men know almost everything there is to know about trapping and are willing to share with newcomers.
Between the 2 classes this month there are 73 new trappers in WA now! Welcome to the club.

And to all 73 of you, don't be afraid to ask questions here on the forum. With the 900 or so trappers in Washington now, iv yet to meat one that isn't willing to share information and knowledge about fur handling, trap building and maintenance, set location how to read sign so on and so forth. We encourage this new growth in the trapping community here so we are always willing to help one another! I've taken 3 trappers under my wing now and taught them what i know and they are all up and running as successful trappers. So always feel free to ask questions!
