Every mink I ever caught was a screamer

That's funny because out of all the ones I have caught only 1 has ever made a sound and it was just a growl.
i got video in one of my old threads one an especially loud one that just would not settle down

Every mink I’ve ever caught was deader than a hammer.

Yeah much easier when they're in a colony
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

I see you pulling in these beaver,  I've been going at this for about 3 weeks and can't seem to catch one, what's the trick? I've got one swim through and one single door treadle trap.

Find the feed find the house set in between. Funnels and pinch points are your friends. Runs are always good don't be afraid to block it down a little, and dive sticks are CRITICAL. The single door is good for a castor baited set like fatslinger uses to great effect but needs to be a very large trap I get refusals with a 12x18. If your set in a solid run they are traveling in with dive sticks you will catch them. Probably muskrat and otter as well if they are in the area

I love watching your vids very few people that cage trap bother with videos since there is enough hassel lugging around bulky cages through the brush  :chuckle:
