Canadian Bacon

We've been stepping up our pizza making, so smoked up some Canadian Bacon.
1 basic, 1 with a paprika rub, and 1 with Spade L Ranch pork grill seasoning.

Usually the Buckboard Bacon stuff, but this time did my own, pink salt, kosher salt, etc.
