Spokane area ice off??
« on: March 17, 2019, 07:35:22 PM »
I'm a few weeks away from a planned run to the Deer Lake area above Spokane.  If anyone lives over there would you be so kind as to provide an update on ice conditions please?!  Thank you in advance  :brew:

I might be going ice fishing there on Tuesday. If I do, I will let you know. As of now...there is still a lot of ice. It will start to go very quick though as it warms.

Went by Loon Lake yesterday, and there was still ice.  But it must've been in the 50s today.

Any updates?  I'm only two weeks out!  Going to be a quicker trip than expected due to the Mom situation.

Thanks

 :yeah:
Pics from today...first is at the launch, second is by the resort.  The lake is still mostly covered but it's getting soft and starting to break up, I'd say another week at most.  Loon looked very much the same.
