Man, we ate another one tonight.  Those little guys are fatty and amazingly tasty.  I’ll be out again soon to load up.  They are up there with any fish I have ever eaten.

Last time I was out I got boarded by WDFW.  They checked pretty much everything; hooks, documents, PFDs, fire extinguisher, sound making device, etc.  They had several confiscated fish on their deck so somebody wasn't playing by the rules.  I was mostly legal, just lacking a type 4 PFD.   They were cool about that.

Pinch your barbs!

I may get out tomorrow; new type 4 and all.

I'll likely hit it sometime this weekend.  Have you guys been mainly fishing the east side or west side of MA10?  Or has it mattered?

I think the consensus is Jeff Head

That's what I figured.  Seems like the residents are always thick over there.

Jeff Head for me today. Along the NE shelf. About 250-300 feet of water at 85 on the line. Hot from 615 to 645 then they moved off and couldn't find them before we left for work at 8.

White Needle fish skirt with purple haze flasher and herring strip.

Fish being caught here and there by other boats. Most other boats were in 600+ feet near south tip.

We have found them shallower as well, crank it up to 3.5 mph, cover ground and trust your graph.

Anyone ever do any good out there in the evening?

Yes.
There is not enough wilderness left in the world, or in the hearts of men.
