One of the yearlings that frequents my yard has a few. This spring is the first time Ive seen it on this group but so far only one deer has it

Cutaneous fibromas.  Ive had several deer on cam with that over the years, and theres a bull moose hanging around one of my mineral sites this year that has it too.
