F/S or trade: Possible tiny home
« on: June 25, 2019, 12:49:50 PM »
I got this in lieu of pay a few years ago. My plan was to make it into a tiny house. Not going to do anything with it, so it needs to go.
We call this "The Rolling Radio". It was used to broadcast from events around the area. The thieves broke into it and stole the aluminum mast and stereo equipment. Then I got it.
Outside dimensions are 18'x8' and it's 7' wide inside. It's in fair shape inside, carpet was torn loose in a couple spots to inspect the walls.
I'm guessing the trailer is a 7000 lbs, I couldn't find the tag. 5 lug wheels and has electric brakes. 2 5/16" ball and set up for load distribution hitch. It has leveling jacks.
The roof leaks due to electrical and broadcast mast penetrations. It has been tarped and is dry inside.
One of the windows is broken (thief access). The door and jamb will need to be replaced.
The tires are old and have been sitting. They hold air, but will need to be replaced.
Use it as is, demo it and use the trailer, make a tiny house? Park it out front to piss off your neighbors?
I would like $1300 for it, but am open to offers. Or trade/part trade for a 6.5 creedmoor, or Ruger #1 in .300 win mag.
Located near South Prairie/Buckley. If you would like more pictures, send a pm.

That is the most bizarre thing I've seen in many many many years.
