We let a family hunt our property and every year they bring us a couple cords of firewood. My wife and I are so appreciative of this. It was not in the original agreement, just a kind gesture.

What a great way of them to show their appreciation! They obviously respect and value your relationship!

I have a rancher friend in Montana lets me shoot gophers every year. I just brought him a new savage 17 rimfire toped with a nikon 4-12 rimfire scope and 2500 rounds of gopher pills. I'll be back.
