The boy helped me out with my 20th deer in 20 years of hunting this afternoon. Meanwhile my brother was getting his season finished up too.

Thats great! That pistol he's carrying sure looks like it packs a punch!

It sure does but he’s usually swinging it like a hammer! 😃 The little 6.5-284 Norma I built a few years back is violent and lethal on deer though need to do something different on bullet choice.  Just under 200yds in the neck and the only thing holding him together still was hair.  :'(

Connected on a small 3X3 during modern (sorry, no pics yet) and am off to Missouri tomorrow for the Sat. opener.  Then off to Wisconsin for the opener the following Sat.  Hope for a "3 in 3" pic in  December.
