Have heard this bull is dead.  Evidently there are more “giants” up there then we know. This one must be holding the other one.  :chuckle:

People getting butt hurt about the op posting a pic of one of the MANY giants that reside in the general area. 

He wasn't specific about location. Colockum = multiple units.

Stop acting like he gave away some honey hole when he named the most applied for, coveted draw unit in the state.

I hunt the Colockum every year, there are always many large bulls around. We've had them in our camp at night a few years, including a week ago. The bugling starts at sunrise and continues until around 10am. Starts again at sunset and continues through the night, sometimes well into the early morning hours. Have been putting in for a bull tag every year, hopefully next year will be the one we get drawn.

So you're not actually a tribal elder?
Tribes can hunt with state tags too.  Some tribes are in areas that don't really have any elk opportunities and have to hunt other areas with state tags and WDFW rules.

We slipped in on this 8x8 brute twice on our hunt, Any thoughts on score. He’s a once in a lifetime bull in my book.
