Never, even after dressing an elk and multiple pack trips out, I’m like a daisy in the morning  ;). Where the heck have you been?

Living the good life, you know how it is!

I am going ML hunting for the first time ever this weekend with my SIL. Very much looking forward to it. Good luck, kind sir!

Those Borders are a PITA.  They follow me everywhere.

Boy, would I love to hunt with you for 5 or 6 days.  Honestly, I would love to hunt with anybody for 5 or 6 days.

Lets see a picture of that Idahooey bull of yours.  And best of luck with your foul smelling new hunting partner.   :hello:

This is an amazing offer and if I had any vaca left I'd happily go just to learn (don't have a ML or a ML tag). Glad to see someone took you up on this and by all means let's see the outcome!

Sorry so slow on the draw with an response. The gentleman that was supposed to swing by never made it; he got into em up north where he lives, kept after em, and knocked a dandy bull down (again, congrats Jake). I hunted only 4 days but got into them three times (yep, they were singing in my old archery spots) but no shots. Only stayed 4 days as I started enjoying a nasty stomach virus about the time I arrived at my campsite. That’s what I get for going back to work four days between my Idaho bow and Washington ML hunt; dang sick people at the job. Ive rarely ever been too sick to hunt but I sure was close to it early OCT this year. I’ll hunt local for late ML but will be back up to the same area come early ML next year  ;)
