Itís no secret
Been around a while
Keep the wind in your hair, and the sun at your back.

A gun is a tool, Marion, no better or no worse than any other tool, an axe, a shovel or anything. A gun is as good or as bad as the man using it. Remember that.

Fine figure of a man, yes?
That is all you need to know."

I have had the archery tag and it wasn't great. You can't really hunt where the good elk numbers are and the big bulls are in the park.

That was my experience as well.  Drew a MZ in 99 and you could hunt different pieces of private ground.  Drew it again 3 years ago and they have changed firearm restriction areas.  The elk are not where you are able to shoot during 1st week of October.   Would not put in again for it.  Did kill a decent 6x6 on the first draw.
