Thanks, but not really wanting one that big, my stove is only big enough for a 14 x 16 at the most.

Search craigs list.
Saw several around the NW in various conditions.
I look regular because I would buy just one more 10X12 if I found a good deal.
You have to look every day or several times a week because if a good deal comes up you got to be ready to jump.

Thanks, I've been looking on CL and offer up for the last month or so and haven't found what I was looking for. I ended up just pulling the trigger on a new wilderness 14x16 with the extended 8' porch angle kit with fly and floor with side and back windows for $1300. Wasn't even seeing any used deals that good. Still have to get the 1" emt though

After you get your emt cut , pick up some rubber feet for the legs. Keeps them from filing with dirt. :tup:
