Used parts for campers, where to buy?
« on: December 06, 2019, 06:20:33 AM »
My daughter bought a 1996 camper and needs to find another horizontal propane tank and a 6 gal electric/propane hot water tank.  Been looking on the net but just can't seem to find an rv used parts place.

I received an email yesterday on this subject. It talks about RV salvage yards. If there is one around you, it would be worth a try.

Yes i bought a window and such some years back, it was west of I5 south of the river as i remember, kind of a rural bone yard at some ones farm.

Hot water tank is one of the easiest things to replace yourself, it just unhooks inside the cabinet and unscrews from the outside. I purchased my last one from Amazon. Any RV shop can do the install if you need.
When I pass, do not let my wife sell the guns for what I told her they cost.
