Recipe? I'm not sure how to prepare the prawns. Do you cook with theggs or somehow remove that during prep?

I removed the eggs after they thawed out and left them as is. Did prawns super simple with butter, pepper, and some all purpose Greek seasoning. Ate the eggs with the prawns, pretty good.

Looks great @taco280AI!

I've gotten to the point that when I'm getting ready to shell prawns, I'll set up a bunch of Ritz crackers with a tiny smear of cream cheese on them before hand. Then when I'm shelling, I'll put a small amount on the crackers and serve them as appetizers/snacks before dinner.  Colorful, and a big hit.  I'll take pics next time.

Thanks for sharing pics of the meals you guys are putting together with the fish you get from me. Really fun for me to see the end product!

I have zero stock of prawns left up here in Sitka!  Do you have a trip in the planning stages?  Or do you get sent here while flying?

Everything I have left is in WA.  I'll be down in a few weeks to handle some business, maybe I should run a quick group buy to get folks covered until next fall.  Let me see what I can put together.

Prawns and scallops for me if still an option.
Seems I had a nightmare and no scallops left to buy though.
Hard to remember at my age.

Roger!  Scallops are sold out until this fall, rockfish too. I've got a couple hundred pounds of spot prawns left, some halibut, black cod, tuna, etc. I'll put some thought into this today and see what I can come up with.

Forgive my ignorance about salmon and seasons and all that...
Any chance of some King fillets before the end of June?

No worries. I'm out of my own kings, but can check with the co-op to see if they have any left.
