That is not a win!  Any infringement on our rights is a loss.  That is the response they're looking for.

They don't care about our response.

It is both a win and a loss. Ferguson and company undoubtedly wanted 10.

10 round cap is awful for 9mm. Totally ruins it in a large handgun.

There are exemptions for existing magazines.

I don't like it but it could be a lot worse. They were trying to copy California and some rural Dems probably pushed back.

So if the high capacity mag bill passes
Anyone grandfathered in could only use on shooting range or own property

I just read the latest version.

They bumped it to 15. Can also take existing magazines hunting.

So coyotes are open to shoot year around. I guess I will hunt coyotes every day.

This latest legislative session should tell anyone who is paying attention exactly what Democrats will do with unchecked power.  Hopefully this will be the catalyst for folks tp get their votes in this coming November.

A small group of republicans filed a ton of amendments and were willing to argue them.

Democrats threw in the towel  :P

Ferguson is calling it a filibuster but I think our Democrats know they aren't very good at arguing gun policies. They wanted a slam vote on this.
