We lost a fellow hunter today from his battle with health issues. You will be missed.

Is there anything better than hunting?

Mark killed some big whidbey deer, loved sharing intel about fishing, openly talked about his struggles with booze and put himself out there to support others and was a good man. I can still remember hunting spring bear with him. He had a tag and along a path we saw ahead what at first glance was cubs...that fake valve of his started ticking double time! Well the cubs turned into a family if coons but it got the blood pumping.
RIP friend.

Holy hell. I hate reading this. RIP, Ripper.
