Doing your own European and getting a good result on a bison is a big job if you’re not set up for it. Good luck

Ended up being an eye opener for me. Charged me $350 if I remember right and I think I gave him a tip besides. Hide shows up in the mail and it's from Moyle and they sent a price sheet. Turns out they charge half what I paid the guy. Next time if I can I'll send it to Moyle myself. Lesson learned.

Just a thought, and I'm certainly not defending them, but pretty sure Moyles only takes hides that are prepared properly, meaning fleshed, stretched and dried.  If I had to flesh, stretch and dry a buffalo hide it would certainly cost you $150 to $200.  I've sent a lot of stuff to Moyles and they do fantastic work, but my hides had to be prepared properly.  :twocents:

I was impressed with their work, the elk hide turned out great. I prep'd it before I took it to the taxidermist but he had told me how to do it. No complaints with Moyle at all.
